Scraping

Scraping is a therapeutic soft tissue mobilization method that helps to facilitate your body’s natural response to soft tissue injuries. The tissue in our entire body that interconnects, supports, or encloses our organs and bones are often referred to as soft tissue. This will include fascia, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.
Soft tissue injuries can arise as a result of trauma or result from continuous use. Sudden swelling, stiffness, or bruising may occur with soft tissue injuries. When soft tissue is aggravated in your body, adhesions are formed as a way to deal with the pain. Scraping therapy can often help to increase range of motion, reduce swelling, reduce pain in affected areas, and break down adhesion build up.
